Chevron is a shareholder in New Zealand's only refinery and plays an important role in meeting the nation's needs for refined fuel. The company also has a share of the aviation fuels market through its operations at Auckland Airport and is a shareholder in Silver Fern Shipping Limited, which transports finished products by sea to coastal terminals.
